facial steamer

I absolutely love to steam my face, it just feels so refreshing and makes me feel like I went to the spa. Not to mention it truly helps to clear out our pores.

I added the EZBASICS Ionic Facial Steamer to my collection recently and if you’re here pondering whether or not to buy it, you’ve come to the right place.

What does it come with?

There are actually multiple things that the EZBASICS Ionic Facial Steamer comes with.

  • Ionic Facial Steamer
  • Cord is about 4 and 1/2 feet long
  • Blackhead kit with 5 tools
  • Cotton pads specifically for aromatherapy

How To Use It

Fill the tank at the back of the steamer with distilled water. Plug it in and press the button at the front. Ensure that you’re standing far away when it’s just starting to steam. When the stream of steam looks steady you can begin using it, stand as close as you’re comfortable with to the stream of steam.

How I feel About The facial steamer

Honestly overall it’s pretty good. It has a consistent stream of steam and there are absolutely no splatters of hot water coming out. I like how much water you can fit within the tank to have a good steaming session without being interrupted. It also helps that the water tank is translucent, so you can tell when it’s getting low and also how much you need to fill up.

Why I like this steamer a lot is the fact that the steam is very consistent and there are no splatters of hot water. Considering this aspect of facial steamers is probably the most important factor, because you could burn yourself if the facial steamer isn’t one of good quality. Trust me, I’ve had a steamer splatter at me before and it was quite alarming, so the EZBASICS Facial Steamer was made well and gives a comfortable steaming experience.

What I don’t like, is that although it has an adjustable nozzle, it doesn’t keep in place when I tilt it upwards. Let’s say I want the steam to jet out at a higher angle and I push the nozzle up, I’ll have to hold it up. If I let go, the nozzle just falls back down.

I do love that it has the option for aromatherapy. The EZBASICS has quite literally has all the basics down, with a little more and if you’re just starting facial steaming, this is a great steamer to start with.
