In the world of nose strips, ILSO somehow made a nose pack that has completely changed the game. It doesn’t pull, rip or tug at your skin but it effectively removed pretty much everything for me. I was very intrigued by this product when they sent it to me and confused about how it works but let me tell you it was way better than I expected.

What the ILSO Nose Pack Is For

The ILSO nose pack gently and effectively melts the sebum within your pores, be it sebaceous filaments or blackheads, it just melts it all. It comes with black cue tips that have a blackhead extraction tool on the other side. However, with the Deep Clean Master Tool that you see me use in the video, it becomes much easier to extract everything that has been softened.

I often like to use the Deep Clean Master Tool with cleansing oils as well as we should know by now that cleansing oils help to soften sebum as well if you rub it in for 2-5 minutes. However, nothing I’ve used melts sebum like the ILSO Nose Pack.

How to use the ILSO nose pack

As I am writing this, the amazon version of this has many reviews that say it’s a great product but the English instructions are not clear, so as I was lucky enough to receive a personal English guideline directly from ILSO, let me share with you what I learnt!

Step 1: After washing your face, remove the remaining moisture with a towel or wait for your face to dry. Apply step 1, to the nose, or any area you are worried about that has blackheads and sebum. After 10-15 minutes, remove the nose pad and gently remove the blackheads and sebum that have risen with the black cotton swab provided. Lightly rinse with lukewarm water to finish. (Step 1 has 3 sheets, use the middle sheet)

Step 2: Apply step 2 for 15-20 minutes. Once it has been removed, lightly tap in the leftover essence.

Each packet should come with 5 nose packs, and each nose pack comes with 2 nose pads/masks.

Material of ILSO Nose Pack

The first nose pad is made with Bio-Cellulose fabric, it feels cold and a bit like what you’d think firm jello as a face mask would feel like. It has an ultra fine net structure that tightly adheres to the skin. They chose bio-cellulose because it adheres to the sebum and doesn’t dry out at all, and that’s why you can see that although it does not have any texture of glue, you could see sebaceous filaments on the bio-cellulose fabric when I removed it from my nose in the video.

The second nose pad is made with Spunlace Fabric it is compressed and

Key Ingredients

  • Panthenol
  • Hedera Helix (IVY) Extract
  • Camellia Sinesis Leaf Extract
  • Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Extract
  • Portulaca Oleracea Extract

Should You Use the ILSO Nose Pack?

If sebum and blackheads are an issue for you, I would definitely try it out. It makes the whole process of removing sebaceous filaments each week much easier, it’s similar to adding another face mask to your routine. It covers all your bases because it essentially very gently removes the sebum and reduces your pores in step 2.
